Training & Presentations
Before we carry out any of our training programs, we talk to you over the telephone to carry out a preliminary needs analysis. This involves determining who your most vulnerable workers are (i.e. those employed in the highest risk areas of your business) so that we can train them in the first round of training.
Before the first training session(s) our trainer arrives early at your site to look over your facility, view your existing manual handling tasks and assess your exact training needs. The trainer then tailors our Backsafe Level 1 program to suit your specific needs. Each further training program is adapted by our skilled trainers to address issues unique to your organisation and to the staff attending.
Our combined package of training programs have been created as a series of learning steps each building on the other. Our purpose for all workers is to eliminate poor manual handling habits that lead to musculo-skeletal disorders and to replace them with new healthier manual handling moving habits.
